Aston Villa face Young Boys at Villa Park this November as Unai Emery’s men embark on a first UEFA Europa League quest since 2010/11.

The Claret and Blues met the 17-time Swiss champions last season for the first time in the Champions League group phase, with Youri Tielemans, Jacob Ramsey and Amadou Onana on target in a 3-0 victory at Wankdorf Stadium, and will want a similar result on home soil.

The Villa welcome Giorgio Contini’s side to B6 on Thursday 27th November for a first competitive clash between the two sides on English soil.

The Yellow and Blacks, who reached the Europa League Round of 16 in 2020/21, finished bottom of the Champions League group phase last season after eight straight defeats.
