England face Czechia at Wembley Stadium for the first time since 2021 this October in a UEFA Nations League tie.

Thomas Tuchel’s Three Lions are back in League A of the competition after promotion in the 2024/25 series, something that their visitors also achieved after three wins from six games earned them elevation to the top tier.

The Group A3 contest sees England looking to repeat the five-star showing they produced in March 2019, when a Raheem Sterling hat-trick inspired them to a 5-0 European Championship qualifying win on home soil against the Czech Republic.

Santi Denia’s visitors finished bottom of their 2026 World Cup group this summer, after defeats to South Korea and Mexico, but have a strong record in this competition.
