Scotland v Belarus (World Cup 2026 Qualifier)
Competition: World Cup 2026 Qualifier
Fixture Date: 12/10/25
Scotland complete October’s World Cup 2026 qualifying double header with a home encounter against Belarus.
Steve Clarke’s men ran out 2-0 winners in September when the two nations clashed in Hungary, as a Che Adams opener and an own goal from Zakhar Volkov earned the Scots a first qualifying win of the new campaign.
Carlos Alos’ visitors, who are placed 100th in the FIFA World rankings, arrive in Glasgow after a 5-1 loss in Greece on their previous away day. However, they will be confident they can put a dent in Scotland’s qualification pursuit after a 1-0 success in their previous visit to Hampden in October 2005. A Vitaly Kutuzov goal past Craig Gordon proving the difference.
The Tartan army never miss an opportunity to back their boys at the national stadium and will be out in force once again as the hosts look to build on an impressive start to their World Cup qualifying campaign.
Supporters can reserve a copy of the SFA’s official match-day publication from this international fixture in the race to reach World Cup 2026 in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
