Middlesbrough face Championship rivals Wrexham in the Carabao Cup for the first time since the Seventies this August, and supporters can reserve a copy of the club’s matchday posterzine ‘UTB’ from the clash.

Boro’s only previous victory over the Welsh side came in a first Cup meeting back in January 1973, winning 2-0, and after trading draws home and away with the Dragons last season boss Kim Hellberg will be aiming to make home advantage count.

The Teesside outfit have only progressed to the Second Round of the competition twice in the last five campaigns, being semi-finalists in 2023/24.
